By using the services of 24x7 TV Repair India, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Independent Service Provider

We are an independent multi-brand TV repair service provider. We are not affiliated with or authorized by Sony, Samsung, LG, or any other brand.

2. Service Estimates

Any price provided over the phone or online is only an approximate estimate. The final cost will be confirmed after physical inspection of the TV by our technician.

3. Visiting Charges

A standard visiting/inspection fee applies for all doorstep service visits, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer must provide a safe and suitable environment for the technician to perform the service. An authorized person must be present during inspection and repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
✔ Any pre-existing damage to the TV
✔ Data loss on Smart TVs during repair
✔ Issues caused by power fluctuations or external factors after service
