Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 90-day warranty on the specific parts replaced and the labor performed by our technicians.

This warranty does not cover:
✔ Physical damage
✔ Water damage
✔ Power surge issues
✔ Damage caused after service completion

2. Refund Policy

Service charges and visiting fees are non-refundable once the inspection or repair has been completed.

If a part replaced by us fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

3. No-Fix No-Fee Policy

If our technician determines that the TV is beyond repair during inspection, only the visiting fee will be charged.
